Great to see your face again! Where’s the sushi?

My passion—creativity; making something from nothing; remixing things; saying to myself “What could I make out of that?”

People is your thing! You do that for me!

    Bring back the Sushi Show!

Hi Chad, I stumbled upon your blog on the perfect day! I guess in broad terms my passion is to empower others; through words of inspiration, cultural pride, social responsibility, anything that makes people look with in and feel special.

I’m a graphic designer with a clothing line. I’m under review for an SBA loan which is caught in banking hell. So I decided to swallow my pride, make it personal, and take the web into my own hands to raise my own working capital.

I’ve been a bit discouraged because I was certain others around me would support me in my passion after launching a website for my “creative funding” solution, but the response hasn’t been too great (monetarily that is). After hearing your message today maybe I’ll just have to continue to be patient and diligent and my passion will shine through eventually. Whichever path ends up taking me to productivity heaven-who knows; but I feel lucky to have found my “thing” that gets me out of bed in the morning…

I’m curious to know what you think of my little experiment? http://www.empowermentiseverything.com

Um..first…what is going on on the TV in the back ground? Is that a TV? Monitor? Whatever it is..likin’ the “screensaver” type thing.

I don’t know what my passion is. That’s sad, isn’t it? There are a lot of things I love – but feel very inadequate to “go after” any of them. I love video editing/production – but have no training – just what I’ve taught myself. same w/ photography.

    So..my passion? Still looking……

@jim I need something else besides Sushi I can try. Ideas?

@celeste Longer response coming for you. I’ve got some ideas for you.

@T 1) That’s a TV with the AppleTV hooked up to it. That’s the photo screen saver it does. Love it.

    2) Go after them anyway. With technology being what it is and the world the internet has opened up, there is zero reason you can’t be doing exactly what you want to do. It takes a lot of time and a lot of hard work, but it can happen if you’re willing to put those things into it.
